The Canadian Army Home Page

This page was created to provide information to present and past members of the military, military and civilian organizations, and anyone with an interest in Canada's Army.

Background

The Canadian Army Home Page first came online in December of 1994, making it one of Canada's first military sites on the net (if not the first). Since that time, the page has grown considerably, and is always in some stage of development. Much of the information has come from visitors to the page, who have graciously taken the time to send information, making a much better site.

With that thought in mind, I would gladly accept additional information for the page, as several areas are quite sparse. If you think you have information that would be of use to visitors of this page, please contact me. I'd love to hear from you.

Administration

Currently, this site contains almost 100 pages, made up from over 200 files. The Canadian Army Home Page is created, maintained and run by myself, Mike Bobbitt. I served as a member of the West Nova Scotia Regiment for 6 years, and am now a full time computer programmer. Since this page is not supported in any official manner, it often doesn't get the time or resources that I feel it deserves. Finding the time to devote to the page is often difficult, and I hope you will bear with me through it all.
