Who is brazenly justifying that?

Former VP Biden said this,

Sorry MM, but his new position is too little and much too late for most people.

Who is "most people"?

When did Biden ever justify unlawful activity in his 8 years as Vice-President, or as a candidate?

Perhaps I got confused between Biden and the media and other democrats.  The riots are mostly peaceful stance, as buildings burn around them and people are accosted.  I'm sure you forgive me for blurring of lines between the MSM and DNC/Biden.  It's easy to do these days.

I thought that Fox News was the number one watch news channel in the US.

Are they not the MSM?

Hi MM

I don't know how much Biden is involved but it seems he was on the scheme to entrap Gen. Flynn.

No doubt Shawn, all the Dem party politicians would be actively involved in that!

A piece from National Review. A peek into the mind of Joe Biden. One of the entries from the comments section refers to his adventures being like a script from Mr Blandings Builds His Dream House or The Money Pit. But those 2 movies turned out good in the end.

Joe Biden’s Money Misadventures
Quote
The portrait of Joe Biden that emerges from What It Takes (1992), Richard Ben Cramer’s thousand-page New Journalism–style report on the 1988 presidential race, in which Biden ran for a few steps until he stumbled over his own shoelaces, is a familiar one. Biden is the grinning, overconfident oaf, a strutting salesman who keeps selling himself loads of bull manure even as everyone around him becomes alarmed by his obliviousness to facts. Or to cite another figure for comparison: He’s the lord of Swamp Castle in Monty Python and the Holy Grail: “Everyone said I was daft to build a castle on a swamp. But I built it all the same, just to show them. It sank into the swamp. So I built a second one. And that one sank into the swamp. So I built a third. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the swamp . . .” The story of Joe Biden is where staggering incompetence meets irrepressible self-confidence. The more he fails, the more convinced he becomes that he’s right.
Quote
Ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden, managerial visionary. We turn to page 248 of Cramer’s tombstone-sized book. A couple of years into his Senate career, Biden has a dream of living grandly by buying on the cheap a former du Pont manse, together with a huge chunk of land, for $200,000. The house was boarded up and soon, probably, to be torn down. But Biden saw something in it. Sure, it needed some fixing up. Never fear, Joe is here! Joe is a can-do fellow. The first winter he and Jill spent in the house, it used up 3,000 gallons of fuel oil. It turned out the third floor was wide open, to the stars. Squirrels were living up there. Oops. The judgment on display here is not great.
Quote
Next year, Biden starting selling off bits of the land for development to pay for improvements such as storm windows. Small problem here: One of the lots he sold off was his own driveway, and the new owner blocked it off so he couldn’t pass through it. So Joe built a second driveway, which turned into a swamp in winter. He sold off another piece of property that, it turned out, included the front of that second driveway, so he couldn’t use that one anymore either. So I built a third. He hated that one for being a dumpy little thing. Eight years went by, and he made a deal to buy back the original driveway, the one he sold off when he first bought the house. Which cost him a fortune in landscaping to reshape.
Quote
Meanwhile Biden was struggling with the upkeep of the grounds; he’d let the grass get three feet high, then attack it with a riding mower. Mysteriously, year after year, the mowers kept breaking down. He’d go buy a new one, and wreck that one too. “These damn things aren’t built right,” he’d mutter. The mower was always the problem, you see. And the next one. And the next one.
I don't subscribe to forced acceptance. I'll make up my own mind. Diversity of thought and opinion is essential.

Joe Biden’s Money Misadventures

I agree that it's o.k. to quote all the dirt on Biden that can be found, and so I would like to comment on that as being somewhat relavant in my opinion at least.

However, I can't directly second that with any specifics. I would just say that I don't think Biden was a good choice to run against Trump. Not that I agree with any of that anecdotal evidence but just to say that Biden as their candidate is not a rational choice.

The problem being, the Dem party wouldn't allow it's followers to choose change away from the failed establishment American way. The biggest reason was likely because Bernie would be accused of being a socialist, pinko, commie, etc., etc., and the American people are still wholly receptive to that sort of demonizing.

So I would just say that regardless of which candidate wins the presidency, it will mean that America is put on hold for another 4 years.

They got close to real change in 16 but the Dem party hijacked Bernie's chances for their beloved Hillary. And now in 20, they are doomed to failure again. The only real distinction between the two of them is the possibility of Trump turning that country so far in the wrong direction that there may not be a possibility of social change in 24. I can see distinct signs of encroaching fascism. At least Biden would be a choice to 'mark time' for 4 years.
It was believed afterward that the man was a lunatic, because there was no sense in what he said.

Election interference coming up

Microsoft warns Russia, China and Iran targeting US election

BY MAGGIE MILLER - 09/10/20 03:02 PM EDT
https://thehill.com/policy/cybersecurity/515898-microsoft-sees-stepped-up-foreign-cyber-targeting-of-biden-trump

Microsoft on Thursday reported that it is seeing “increasing” cyberattacks originating in Russia, China and Iran targeting its customers, including attacks against political groups and the presidential campaigns of President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. Tom Burt, corporate vice president of customer security and trust at Microsoft, detailed in a blog post the efforts by three major foreign hacking groups to target the campaigns, along with other political organizations and individuals.

“The activity we are announcing today makes clear that foreign activity groups have stepped up their efforts targeting the 2020 election as had been anticipated, and is consistent with what the U.S. government and others have reported,” Burt wrote.

These efforts included Russian hacking group “Strontium” targeting more than 200 organizations, political campaigns and parties over the past year, including U.S.-based consultants for the Democratic and Republican parties, think tanks such as the German Marshall Fund and political parties in the United Kingdom.

A second hacking effort announced by Microsoft on Thursday involved Chinese-based hacking group “Zirconium." Microsoft reported evidence of “thousands” of attempted attacks by the group between May and September, with nearly 150 successful compromises.

Among the individuals targeted unsuccessfully by Zirconium were Biden campaign staffers. The group went after non-campaign emails.

Additionally, Microsoft has observed continued attempts by Iranian cyber threat group “Phosphorus” to target the personal accounts of Trump campaign staffers. Phosphorus stepped up efforts between May and June to access personal or work email accounts of the staffers.

Microsoft previously put out an alert last year warning of attempts by Phosphorus to target an unnamed U.S. presidential campaign, which Reuters later reported was the Trump campaign. Microsoft took legal action against the group prior to this, filing a court case enabling the company to take control of 99 websites used by Phosphorus to conduct hacking operations.

The assessment by Microsoft was published a month after a senior official at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence put out a statement warning that Russia, China and Iran were actively taking steps to interfere in the U.S. presidential election, with Russian actors favoring Trump, and Chinese and Iranian groups favoring Biden.

One of the best things to watch are the people incapable of following and understanding Trump's humour.  Have you not seen the meme with the election years ticking by 2020,2024,2028,2032... all the way to 9999 and then 4EVA.  It's hilarious, but what makes it more funny is the triggering of the haters who actually think he is serious.

And he doubled-down again on getting a third term...

I read your link and i find it slightly humorous. for instance:

Quote
The comments echo ones Trump made during a rally in Wisconsin in August, in which he stated he would win four more years and “go for another four years” because “they spied on my campaign,” likely referencing his unproven “Obamagate” theory.

Michael Cohen, Trump’s former fixer-turned prolific critic, has argued that Trump’s comments should not be disregarded as humor, instead asserting that Trump believes he should be the “ruler” or “dictator” of the U.S. and wants to “change the Constitution.”

Cohen predicted that, were Trump to win reelection, “he is going to automatically day number one start thinking how he can change the Constitution for a third term, and then a fourth term.”

Trump says a lot of things, like the above, however, I highly doubt that Trump believes it. And Cohen?

Didn't Cohen pleaded guilty to tax evasion and bank fraud?

Michael Cohen double-crossed Trump to get a good deal while facing prison time of up to 25+/- years. I think that Cohen is a thief who got caught.

Obamagate? More damage coming out on that.

Trump supports the troops....forget F-22s and M4s...he’s supporting you with MiG-29s and AK-74s, Tvarische!

Trump ad asks people to support the troops. But it uses a picture of Russian jets.

Quote
A digital ad released by a fundraising arm of the Trump campaign on Sept. 11 calling on people to “support our troops” uses a stock photo of Russian-made fighter jets and weapons.

The ad, which was made by the Trump Make America Great Again Committee, features silhouettes of three soldiers walking as a fighter jet flies over them. The ad first appeared on Sept. 8 and ran until Sept. 12.

“That’s definitely a MiG-29,” said Pierre Sprey, who helped design both the F-16 and A-10 planes for the U.S. Air Force. “I’m glad to see it’s supporting our troops.”
He noted the angle of the aircraft’s tail, the way the tail is swept far back, and the spacing of the engines, along with the tunnel between them.

Ruslan Pukhov, director of the Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies in Moscow, confirmed that the planes are Russian MiG-29s, and also said the soldier on the far right in the ad carries an AK-74 assault rifle.

Went to the Trump Make America Great Again Committee website. Pretty sure they are shysters looking to make some bucks, and no veracity in their postings. Plane/schmane, does it resonate? Apparently so with enough people that makes it viable.

Hopefully. My point was that notwithstanding the inference that Donald Trump was somehow promoting Russian weaponry, that the Information Environment has become so convoluted that shysters are out there chasing partisan dollars with any purported "support to troops" post that will get some level of support, in this case, financially.

Could be purposeful by Trump's team themselves. There really is no longer any doubt that Trump considers Russia/Putin as friends of America. His supporters who are above a room temperature IQ must be aware of that and supportive of it. Not all of them, just a large chunk of them.

Though it can't be spoken.

Trump no doubt represents 'bring all the troops home' to his supporters but the question remains on whether it's truthful after the election.

Donald J. Trump for President
The Republican National Committee
The Trump Make America Great Again Committee (TMAGAC)
Trump Victory

The campaign also endorsed America First Action, an "approved outside non-campaign group" that Trump has deemed a trusted support of his policies and agenda.

And in the other corner...

Do Democrats Understand What They Are Supporting?
A popular Facebook meme suggests mass Democrat confusion, or complete Democrat denial

Fri Sep 4, 2020
Danusha Goska

Leftist friends shared a meme on Facebook during the August 24-27 Republican National Convention. The meme appears on many Facebook pages, including that of "Will and Grace" actress Debra Messing, here. It's also on various websites, for example here, and at the Democratic Underground, here.

The meme is rife with grammatical and punctuation errors, but, more importantly, it is a pack of lies. Perhaps the thousands who shared it think that their party is the party of the working man, of patriotism and fair play.

This meme doesn't just try to hoodwink the reader; it scapegoats Republicans. The bad things you are hearing about Democrats? It's all lies, cooked up by those nasty Republicans. Refusing personal responsibility and agency eliminates morality and hope for progress. As long as Democrats refuse to look, hard and long, in the mirror, and address their own faults, their denial will hurt the party and the country, and their extremism will be but a pendulum swing that inevitably produces extremism in the opposite direction. I'm a lifelong registered Democrat. I want the best for my party and my country. That's why this meme breaks my heart.

Here's the meme:

Here's Biden's political play on Iran: https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/13/opinions/smarter-way-to-be-tough-on-iran-joe-biden/index.html

Titled as - Joe Biden: There's a smarter way to be tough on Iran

Trump's way hasn't worked out for America and so Biden is at least claiming that he is intent on a better way forward that is more in tune with the rest of Nato countries.

This suggests that a war with Iran is out of the question for a few reasons. One of which is Israel's vulnerability, as well as Russia's and China's interests in Iran.

The Trump plan was going nowhere fast. Or in one sense, somewhere nuclear too fast.

Does Biden talk a winning strategy on this issue?
