Contrary to Canadian popular belief, Afghanistan isn't all desert and mud huts.

On my second tour over there, there was a used book stall adjacent to the Tim's on the Boardwalk and was run by a local.  In this store I came across a coffee table book of nature photographs from the various provinces around the country.  I was tempted by the book, but he wanted too much for it's condition for me.  The photographs from the north were stunning, it reminded me of BC quite frankly.  Very beautiful.

I'm just like the CAF, I seem to have retention issues.

No, of course not.

It's also Weatherhavens and ISO shacks and Sprung shelters and Boardwalks and Poo Ponds and such.

Silly Canadian popular believers...
