Psychatrist report mistakes
« on: February 09, 2018, 22:52:04 »
Had appointment with psychatrist and it felt like a 3 hour interview. Bunch if questions. Report came back with some wrong dates and also, I had two major things to talk about and one
Came out with PTSD but the other trauma was paramount in my life and I feel it’s just as important as the other one but yet, it was underplayed.
Question, how do i get this changed? Is there a way I can talk to psychatrist some
More for them to make changes on report before submitting to VAC for disability award? Should I call directly or deal/ask help from my case manager? The report the way it was presented, does not reflect my perspetive
On the trauma.

Call the psychiatrist? It's their report and opinions, not yours.

Is this your psych or a VAC appointed one?
