Bombers To Be Rotated Through The Pacific

Its a good idea not to use just Guam to base heavy bombers out of. Dispersal of bombers would make them a harder target something we should have learned after Peral Harbor in WW2.

Agree...agile, resilient basing/employment should be a key consideration, particularly with PLA engineered expansion in the Nine Lines region of the South China Sea.  USAF consideration of this in its more recent Agile Combat Employment concept, should go a ways towards addressing the physical aspects of supporting Mutli Domain Operations.
