Do you think following the military physical training program would be a good way to get fit for someone who wants to go live like a cave person out in the wild for several years?

Maybe you could go live in a cave for a few years and come back and tell us how it was.

Not sure about living as a cave person in the wild thing, but if you are asking about if the military training style will help you stay active, muscular and fit then the answer is yes.

I was struggling with my workout before thinking of joining the military. I'm in the process now and am training for the Force evaluation. It completely helped me. What I accomplished in 3 month following the military training style is way too effective than what I was doing in the last 3 years.

Go for it and enjoy your adventure there... in the wild :)

I'm sorry but what is the military training style?

Run run run? throw a ruck on and smoke and joke for 13 km?
