Motion Sickness
« on: September 21, 2009, 01:05:24 »
On average what is the percentage of sailors that experience this? Would someone with a history of being semi-prone to this but still drawn to the Navy make a mistake by joining(NAVV COM)? I am trying to decide Navy or Air Force, and this keeps popping up in the back of my head. I live in Victoria and have been paddling outrigger competitively for the past year, so my body may have adjusted somewhat, but I imagine a ship would be quite different.

I am also looking at ATIS TECH in the Air Force, even though I think I'd prefer the Navy life more if there wasn't any hurling involved

Thanks for the input. Been lurking here for the past couple of weeks!
