I don't know about where you are, but in Ontario theres a section in the employment standards act that says an employer has to give an employee a leave for revseve duties.
But since you're on probation I'm not sure if something like this applies. Also I don't know much about the employment laws...
ToRN is right, if you can get a letter from your doctor stating that you no longer have that condition and that you are physically fit, you can bring it back to the CFRC and they can re-open your file (if you applied recently)
But best is to call the CFRC is to discuss your options specifically

For res force you would have to be able to attend parade nights and the occasional weekend. Here parade nights are weekly and I think theres ~2 weekends/month but it would be different depending on your location. Also, I don't think you have to attend all parade nights, just as many as you can...
