May they have a quick and full recovery.
Lots of question in my mind though. Foremost, why were the paramedics so close to the explosives? They shouldn't have been anywhere near the exp prep area or the stack IMO. Will be interesting to see the results of the investigation.

WINGS
... your argument is invalid!!
CHIMO!
However, we did sing the Engineer song in Chilliwack at CFSME,
the yellow bird in Pet and the Mikey mouse one in Edmonton... ;-)
We didn't sing about the Arty, we just painted the privates of the horse blue...
BP is a tool that is used by leadership at all levels to ensure that operations are planned and conducted in as efficient and effective manner as possible; as all situations differ from one another, so will your application of BP - time and resources are the biggest factors. Either way is fine...
That quote has no explicit or implicit call of illegal activity. One can sow terror, butcher and bolt all within the LOAC except maybe by not wearing uniforms or id.
BTW, my grandfather was an instructor there...

spring task: 2 wks
summer tasks: maybe 2 x 2 wks
fall ex: 3 wks
fall task: 2 wks
individual trg...

Monitor MASS, MM...
There, I feel better now :-)
In my unit we are trying to use MM for capturing pretty much everything. All the Sect Comd and up and most of the 2i/c have had trgand have access to it (not all at the same time unfortunately). However, pay still requires signature and therefore...
if it shows in your profile as completed then it should be available - perhaps is something not yet uploaded.
Perhaps it is sent to your unit for your OC/DCO/CO to administer. What I do know is that on completion it is up to your OC/DCO/CO to inform them of whether you pass or fail.

... a baseline for common understanding but not a ready-made structure for our templating by the enemy.
I would add, regarding the ME, It definitely makes sense to identify the task and unit/sub-unit; but at the very least the actual task for situations where you have a unit with a...
