I actually did that, I was a Sgt. in #721 Hawk Sqd. Whitecourt, Alberta and I went over to the Army Cadets just down the road to teach them drill. Both CO and Training officers agreeed..it just made sense thats all.

The American one is more Hollywoodish although I could give 2 sh|ts what I get.

I had the same problem, doing pushups cold was easy I could bang off 30 or so but after doing some mild exersize or working out even just machines no free weights like you...yeah I could do maybe five. My arms felt like noodles which is scary because I‘d hate to have that happen on course.

HAHAHAHAHA....ahh g strings for men! sheesh...anyway I just got told a story bout a lady who brought about 90 bux of underwear..all the same color and stuff..but the stringy stuff...wooeeee.. ;)

My buddy was on his SLQ in Wainwright, he showed me pictures of his course..and I saw a bigger guy, had a belly, not what you could call "military material" if you saw him in civvies, however, I was told this guy could outrun, out hussle, out-any of them. Seems to me looking physically in shape...
