Hey, just wondering if transferring from an officer trade to NCM MP, is the degree you hold as the requirement for the initial officer trade good, or you would actually need to do extra schooling and do police foundation school or similar, as they mention on the forces website?

You're not at a disatvantage. ROTP is the same in terms of program, being that you go to RMC or civi u.
AFAIK, they first pick ROTP, then DEO then CEOTP
If you really want to go into civilian, either release now before your 2nd year starts, or after your graduation, complete your obligatory service and then release

While most attend RMC, there are a lot of people going to Civi U., including people who are only authorized to go to Civi U because their grades for RMC were not good enough.
