The key isn't your IBTS status, but instead your final employment status.  As it stands, the BG = Category 2 (formed unit "outside the wire") = 15 May.  However (and it's a big however) CFTPO will dictate final report timings.  Your unit should be carefully monitoring CFTPO for the actual report...
