Holy Crap.... a year?  I put mine in at the deadline lol, the academy has been contacting my references and my old supervisors....  just waiting on word on an MPAC. Have you heard anything at all?

They're telling me I probably won't hear anything until February as well, But I haven't done a BII and will likely being doing a MPAC.

I know what you're saying, and if it was any of my other friends I would not believe them for a second. 

Somewhat Off Topic:  I was at a recruiting drive back in the earlier days of my career, and a MARS officer got up talking to the group of High School students... and he explained it to them that he was basically "The Fighter Pilot of the Sea"....  I nearly busted my gut trying to hold in my laugh.

Damn!  I think I liked the idea of the BII, MPAC is such an ominous unknown lol.

PSO interview was a success! He is sending my file to Ottawa with recommendation to OT.  He said my merit score is highly competitive, so that's good.  Since they're only letting 6 people leave my trade this year.

I have my PSO Interview tomorrow, and it's not too often I get nervous...  But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't over this...  Mostly because I have no idea what he's actually going to ask or what the interview entails. Other than what I know about the MP trade...  Which I know the text book...

Is the BMQ-L Mandatory for all MPs?  I didn't even know there was a BMQ-L lol.... being navy my whole career and all.

What trade are you currently? Are you at OFP?

I agree completely that the only ones that ever bad mouth the MPs are those members who have done something that the MPs had to get involved... or those members who listened to the utter BS that comes from the previous mentioned members. Thanks a lot Putz!  Great information, I haven't been...
