Well, that depends on who you ask…my recruiting office (well the one recruiter) told me it didn’t mean I was selected, it means and I quote…”at this point all that means is that you have been further considered for Selection for ROTP”…so take that for what it’s worth….when you read what it says...
Canadian Armed Forces Online Employment Application
hey, you need to login to the CAF Online Employment Application (OEA)…if you haven’t done this before you need to create it through the Applicant Portal…you can find it at forces.ca at the bottom of the page
Yea, that could be…but I was told an (early) offer can still come…basically an offer can come at any point but my recruiter doesn’t know when or even if it will come…just that it will be emailed from HQ….my understanding if you are on the “competition list” or “selected” you should be getting an...

I had one formal interview Feb/23 and because I didn’t change my career choices I didn’t require another formal interview. My recruiter just called me in December maybe and asked me one question basically and it was done…lasted like 2 minutes…
Yea, I applied over a year ago, had my interview early Feb last year…medicals took awhile because my career choice was flight crew but it’s all done now…now it’s just waiting mode for the offer (hopefully)…
