Had a fuel line let go and sprayed Deisle on to the hot exahaust manifold while traveling on the highway to Wainwright, from the "Holy **** " moment to the whole truck melted and burnt 15 mins. It was amazing how much kit was in that truck when I saw the write off list latter. :o

This happens more times than people know. Since I started doing recruiting for my unit this has come up quite offten especially with former reservist trying to get back in.
When I spent some time with the 3/7th US Cav back in the cold war days they would answer "Yo" in stead of sir or Sgt when roll was being called, seems it was a Calvary tradition in the US. Other Army units not so much.
