The Russian Military Merged Thread- Air Force

    Junior Soldiers

point taken, nomad, cadets and junior servicemen arn't the same. But allow me to clear a few things up. first of all cadets do not go camping, camping is roasting marshmallows and a song by the fire, so you call building bivwacks, learning aircrew survival, orienteering, proper radio...

that would be my advice, cause if they do find out you have the condition and if you had a migraine in the middle of a live fire exercise or in the field, not only will you be discharged, but theres almost no chance of you ever having anything to do with the CF again, again sounds unoriginal...

    Junior Soldiers

We'd already have a similar to train young men for a good career in the military. Too bad the cadet programs has turned into the boy scouts, but one of the aims of the cadet program is to "stimulate interest in the (air/land/sea) element of the Canadian forces". All that's left is bush...

Purple Trades: Definition & Trg Discussion

When I joined up as a Med tech (reserves) the officer interviewing me asked me what element would I like to be in. Being totally shocked when asked this, he simply replied that theres really no difference in these purple trades. Seeing as I was serving with an Fld Amb I thought the logical...

"What if??" A thread for people who like to speculate

You do know that Brits did come into the US civil war on the confederacy side right? Although not officially declaring war. They were awfully happy about the civil war weakening their major problem at the time, an emerging super power, the USA. and provided a great amount of essential goods to...

India, China compete in Indian Ocean

Anyone know the details of the Indian navy, I know they have a aircraft carrier but this dosnt automatically spell out blue water navy. China on the other hand is still a green water navy and unless they can protect their interests such as those ports or the listening station mentioned, this is...
