Thanks, I only know of a couple since I have not really did any downloading for a long time... Was into that during the days of Kazaa (or whatever it was called) lol. Any of those programs will help you better then paying for songs in iTunes and only being able to keep them on there. (you do not...
Stay away from iTunes, that program is terrible unless you have a iPod. I would just go with a P2P program such as Limewire.
You get it for free.. and unless it was changed recently.. Media is information, and Canadians have the right to download information bluh bluh.. so its not illegal? :P...
Yeah I read 48th Regulator's posts a little earlier (after I posted). Its good to see, I was more wondering if they would try to address it more publicly or something of that sort. To kinda cut the media from blab'n on about it. If it is even possible to make them quiet :P (but I was not trying...
A little harsh. But I can probably see the officer getting those comments/questions all the time so he'd probably be fed up, probably no excuse still though.. I have been seeing more and more news coverage about this on both the Canadian and American sides lately. Just this morning CNN was...
I would never recommend yourself dropping out of High school, and any sensible person would not tell you to either.
If you drop out, you close many doors in front of yourself. Outside AND inside of the Canadian Forces.
I recommend the reserves while completing your Grade 12. This way you...
I always figured paperwork also referred to the mountain of paperwork THEY have to do on your file and send it away for review. But that is good IF you do get more time, Id rather be early though - cutting close is never good. Glad you figured that out though, gives a much better chance
Yea, as long as there is not anything you think would hold you back you should be fine (unless the med discovered something of course). Either way keep it up and Merry Christmas :D
I am not sure on this. All I know is the board would probably want it done for the due date. As for medical, unless you get 100% on that then it will extend your process to 2-5 weeks extra for it to go to Ottawa. But if you do not have any important medical problems you will be fine. :)
I am pretty sure everything HAS to be done by the deadline. Or at least that is what I've been told and followed, they are usually there for a reason :P
But, if the recruiter said that you can do that stuff after the 15th then it must be? ???
If a reference is being laggy, then I would scrap the person and use someone you might actually get a response from. If the person(s) have not bothered to respond then they probably would not be ones to give much care when/if they did get called. BUT then again they may still be good and just...
Exactly what I was meaning, sorry for not explaining. Thanks BMS :)
That is what I meant by cutting it close, IF your medical does go wrong - you will not make the deadline (unless you do your CFAT etc fairly soon so it has time to go to Ottawa). But you may still have a chance if there is...
Your cutting it a bit close to deadline, hopefully your medical goes through clear without discrepancy or you probably won't make the January deadline. :/
But best wishes to you!
