It sounds to me like you are doing a lot of the same things the rest of us are doing or have done. Back in February, I couldn't do a single push-up either. I had a baby who didn't sleep through the night for a full year. You can't scare me. ;) Mind you, the extreme cold doesn't sound pleasant, but we'll get through it - lots of people do.
