I think most of the offers for the DEO iap/botc starting aug 27 went out. You would prob get in Jan at the soonest.

I was told from CFRC vancouver that its due to a training back log for pilots.

When i went in for my re interview (first one expired) on monday for pilot i was told that the spots for pilot went from 30 to 0. Then was told somehow i got in, and start aug 27 :)

Swearing in at CFRC Vancouver  aug 9th.  Flying out aug 26, to start on the 27th. If u have any questions about ACS pm me

I'm DEO pilot. I had to redo my interview becuase it expired. He said everything was fine and to expect a call tommorow to tell me the details of my offer.

I find out tommorow when i'm going, hopefully aug. Gives a few months to prepare. U guys DEO?

Got a another call on monday. I got a conditional offer pending i pass my 3rd medical and another interview woohoo :)

I applied for DEO pilot in october of last year. Did ACS in august. I just got a call today saying my file has been reactivated, and is being sent to a Selection board. Hope this means BOTC soon. Just thought I would post for all those ppl wondering when they will be takin DEOs in again. Quyen

Seems like a large waste of money to put so many ppl through the process, just to close the trade. So Since my file was all completed like 3 months ago, is it still good for april or am i doing everything again?

I've seen lots of DEOs responding to a different thread saying they got their offer, but I don't think any where pilots. I"m gonna call tommorow and see whats up.

I was told by the person in charge of DEO file at CFRC Vancouver that they need pilots so bad they aren't doing the boards anymore. The files are being reviewed as they come in. So it's more of a first come first serve thing going on.

I arrived in trenton on saturday night, was there till wed night then went to toronto. Left toronto on sat. Umm don't think I can say too much. Just look at the booklet they give you. The navigator tests are written

We started with 12 ppz. 2 dropped out after the first session on the second day and of the 10, 5 passed for pilot and 2 for nav. I think I had at least 1 beer everyday i was there. I jsut did the medical, no centrifuge. The pilot medical includes the nav tests and more. The standard pass rate for passing 80% according to the ppl running the course in trenton. the medical is great fun  ;D
