    Trying to Join army reserve

    Hi all, I’m a Brit, living in Canada since 2009, PR since 2012, just submitted my citizenship application. I wish to join the army reserve, are waivers ever issued for non-citizens? Are any units particularly undersubscribed? Grateful for any tips or hints, Very many thanks.
