Seems to me that the current mission to Afghanistan adds even more emphasis to the foolishness of closing Griesbach, turning Namao into an Army base. Are the runways and hangars still there? How hard would it be to start using it as an Air Force base...

I knew a Lorne Ford when I was a kid. He lived in Edmonton and used to come with his sister (who I had a big crush on) to visit their grandmother in New Westminster, B.C. Ever since the bombing I have wondered if he is the same guy.

I am looking for information about my Uncle Roger Gagnon who was a paratrooper with the R22eR in the ‘60‘s. I believe he was medically released in around 1966 after being in a car accident. He was killed in a barfight (I think) shortly after his release while on his way home to Edmundston N.B...
