4 (CDO) RAR Becomes 2nd Commando Regiment

Interesting evolution. 4 (CDO) RAR was their equivalent of our CSOR and it is now its own unique unit alonside AUS SAS and 1 CDO REGT. 4 RAR will return to the regular infantry order of battle but reduced to nil strength for now.
