B&B near 17 Wing Winnipeg

One more question about Winnipeg.  My wife has been trying to find a bed and breakfast really very close to the base (Whytewold) - anyone here that can help her out?  She's found a few cheap hotels downtown but the reviews aren't very nice on them, and we really would prefer the more personal touch of a B&B.

I was reading the Temporary Military Lodging book (US Publication) and it says Winnipeg has a hotel on base, but the email address listed isn't in service.   Does anyone have an email or phone # (1-800 if there is one) for the on base TML?   It says its on Whytewold, so this would be a very good location if its still in operation.

The building they are refering to is BB79.  The phone number for the accomodations office is 1-204-833-2500 extension 6416.  It is very nice and the rooms are what you would expect from any deacently price hotel.  There is also BB65 ( where i am staying) which is also very nice.
