Can I have some definitions Please

Hey everyone,

This site has been very informative for me, you all have been great.  I am having some troubles tho understanding some of the lingo.  Was hoping you all could just give some definitions on some of the common things talked about such as BMQ and SQ and any other  terms that ya'll use in common chat.

BMQ = Basic Military Qualification
SQ = Solider Qualification
PT = Physical Test
Res = Reserve
Reg = Regular Force
