I originally had a labral tear in my Left Hip, received surgery in 2014 for the tear, developed Osteoarthritis. I was granted a percentage. Fast Forward to 2015, in October 2015 I Submitted an application for chronic pain in my left hip. I have to take Medication everyday and have to get injections in my hip every couple months. I received a phone call from VAC today telling me that they was going to withdraw my Chronic Pain application because they said it is Mental Health condition! Needless to say, VAC had advised me to submit a reassessment for my left hip in 6 months. Does this sound right? Any suggestions?
I should say that I have a labral tear in my Right Hip, consequential form my Left Hip, I am having surgery on that next week.
