CT - Reg Force / Class A - Class B Moving Allowances

This maybe two separate questions:

but is time or/and a moving allowance given from CT - Reg Force and/or from Class A - Class B ?

i keep hearing IRP or DITs - not sure what they mean.

You should have a moving date after your TOS Start Date, which means you're paid (haha, wait 3 months till it works) by the RegF. IRP is the company that handles your cost move.
