DND hacked website,

I have recently went to the mapleleaf website at dnd.ca, and well I am pretty sure it has been hacked, check it out, or don't,

is this website next to be hacked?

Looks like you're right, the Maple leaf link from here http://www.dnd.ca/site/home_e.asp gets redirected to the hacker's page.  Depending on how your system is processing the page, you can watch it get redirected.

Some ISSO is probably not a happy camper at this time...and the Server Admin of that box is probably not going to be any happier when all is said and done.

But the server should be "outside" so it could be worse.   ;D.

He can be a hippie all he wants, being hippie doesn't mean he can't be dangerous or know people with much more malicious intent. I find the fact that a DND run and owned website security could be so lax as to let this happen. Imagine know if  you will someone with a much more subtle tone that hacks one of our sites then insert his own message's inside our own...such as say in an article about minorities and the hacker changes keywords to make it seem discriminatory.

I think DND needs to re-look at site security for it's net projects

From what I can gather, the software the site was running on was out dated.  Its the DNDs fault for not upgrading when it was available for better security against this.

Wonder if this will make the news.
