I put on fastex buckles to make it easier to open/close the pack, I also put on two cat eyes and a name tape on the top flap of the bag, which will be removed before the bag is sold, unless the buyer wants to keep the cat eyes on. I purchased the pack from Seals Action gear, an here's their write up on the pack
ALICE Pack, Small. This is an excellent pack for short recce missions and other one-day adventures. Essentially a small version of the standard ALICE pack, with all the same features except the fact that it does not fit on the ALICE frame. The main pouch is 15"x12"x7". Made from super tough 1000 denier Cordura nylon, which is a huge improvement over the regular mil.spec. material and will stand up a lot better in the field.
