Forgien Soldiers

Where would you go to get service records of relatives who served in forgien armies? Is it possible to get them through the Department of Veteran‘s Affairs?

It depends. If they were in the Canadian Forces and were attached out to some other foreign unit, then Canadian records may mention that. If their entire term of service was in a foreign military, you should go to the national archives/veterans affairs of the country they served with.
