this new Reg. will grow only in so much as the rest of the army grows.  He has no intention of lossing our deployability (is that a word) by filling this Reg up to full strength.  He forsee's 2007-2008 when they will be closer to their mark of people.  Also he suggest to his boss that ADM coy be filled by pers from across the CF first and then only back to the Army if they can't fill the spots.
