Help naming Arty Officer.

In 1968 I was asked to pose with this officer for CF Public Relations.
It was to do with the introduction of the new CF Greens.
Can anyone supply his name?

I believe he was Arty CO at Shilo.

My father in law was in Shilo around that time.  I've forwarded it to him to see if he has any idea.

That looks like Colonel (retired) Dave Walters, who commanded 1 RCHA circa 1976-1978.

This pic was taken in 1968. I can't tell from the pic his rank. He is no lower than Major.

Dave Walters might well have been promoted major by then. He certainly did not make lieutenant colonel until some time in the 1970s. My estimate of his date for commanding 1 RCHA is based upon him asking me if I was interested in going to 4 CMBG as his DCO circa 1976. (I was CIG at the time and was not available.)
