MCRP and integrating Medical Simulation

Hey guys and girls,

I'm interested in input from the Prof / tech net (informal) on the progress of the Mainanance of Clinical Readiness Program at regular force / reserve units across the country.    More specifically how you have integrated the Meti Man / Medical simulator into your regular training plan and can you describe any pitfalls that you have encountered (so that I might side step them as I come to them as our own prgram grows).
