Medical release?

I am fully tracking that no one but the MO/DMCA can make the call but..
I've recently been diagnosed with aTOS as well as POTS. ATOS can be surgery and a solid PCAT for rucking but does anyone have any experience with POTS being diagnosed and not released? We

The plain answer for medical releases is that members get released when their permanent medical restrictions are not compliant with universality of service.

If you have PoTS but don't require MELs that violate UoS, and don't need medication that needs to be refrigerated (from what I recall) then you won't be released medically for it.
