I'm asking this question to clear up a few things I myself and perhaps other people may be wondering.
". . . applicants must hold a valid provincial drivers licence."
In Alberta, there are several different classes of licences. I'm under the impression that a Class 5 would be the minimum civilian license required.

And to add, would a Class 5 GDL not be accepted as a 'valid provincial drivers licence'?
Thanks in advance.
