Navy BMQ and navigation

I was wondering, for naval training, do they teach sea-navigation as well?

Also, is navy BMQ different from from army BMQ is it all just the same?

Why would it be?

It is BASIC MILITARY QUALIFICATION, so it is ALL THE SAME, for everybody, in EVERY trade.
