Question for Supply Tech, Ref:Ribbon Bar Mounts

Are there any Supply Tech that would be able to tell me.

What manufacturer makes the Ribbon bar mounts (Slide On) that are currently used by the CF.

I would say a company here in the USA would make them for you guys...........

if I'm not mistaken there's a CSM in my battalion that does this?
I'd have to ask again, I can't remember for sure right now, I'm almost postive that bravo company csm does that.
