Hey guys,

I applied online a couple of months ago and sent in my supporting documents to the CF a few weeks ago.  I called them two weeks after I sent them and they said they still have not received them.  Seemed strange to me as they only went 300 kms by Canada Post.  The Sgt called back an hour later and she found them when she opened the mail.  Said that they would be sending away my security clearance and to check back in three weeks.  Silly me, I forgot to add in a two month period in my residence history.  Was shacking up with the in-laws at the time as we we waiting for a place, so she fixed that up and sent them away.

The next day I get call call from the the recruiting centre.  They want me to come and write the CFAT, Interview, and Medical.  Had to inform that that I had all ready written the CFAT a couple of months ago.  So now there chasing the paperwork.  So I have to go meet with them in two weeks.  Things are moving pretty quick here I'd say as to some of them on this forum.

Now to the interesting part.  I consider myself fairly healthy.  Six months ago I took my BP at one of them crazy machines in the pharmacy. It came back as high.  So I checked a few more times over the next few weeks.  Went to my Dr for my checkup. Mentioned it too him.  He checked it and it seemed fine to him.  He said to be on the safe side we'll have you monitored for 24 hours.  So they hooked me up.  All tests came back perfectly fine and normal.  Now I am able to get a copy of these tests to bring with me to my medical.  Do I even need to mention it and give them the results or just wait and see what they get for a BP reading.

Anyone got an answer for this one???

You don't have to bring the results with you.  If the medical detects something, either on the
questionnaire or the testing, then you'll be asked to provide something specific.

Your doctors multiple results and his monitor have a lot more credibility than a visit to a department store
isle machine.
