RECRUITMENT ALLOWANCES FOR MEDICAL AND ENGINEERS

For those that care:

The allowances for DEOs with applicable engineering degrees (40K) and for qualified medical doctors (225K) will remain in effect for FY 05/06.  Nothing new on the other allowances.

Could you post the source of your information on that...Since they are suppose to be hiring 5000 new soldiers within the upcoming years do you think the incentives will go up to attract these additional personel.  To Clarify, this allowance is being continued until the end of 2006?

Fiscal years start Apr 1st and end Mar 31st, so FY 05/06 would start Apr 1st 2005 and end Mar 31st 2006

Could you post the source of your information on that.   NO.

The information is fact and there is no indication that any incentives will be increased or even used to attract the additional 1000 recruits per year for the nest five years.   Keep in mind that these additional positions will go the army as in Infantry
