Staff on BMQ & IAP Courses

Hi all,

Was just curious, with the amount of courses going on now (with all the BMQs being run all over the place), coupled with OPTEMPO, where all the staff are coming from, and if the Training system has "lowered' the ranks of the Pers delivering the training?

Does each BMQ Serial have their own Course O? Or is this being handled by a WO?
Does each IAP Serial still have their own Course O, and is it generally a Captain doing ERE work?

Just curious about the breakdowns and the staffing.  My course had a CAPT, WO, and 3 Sgts as Section I/Cs.  My friend's more recent one had a Capt, WO, 3 Sgts as I/Cs and 3 MCpls as 2i/cs...  I felt left out by the lack of supervision I got

When I was there, each IAP had a Crse O.

Our BMQ had a Crse O but he was Crse O for more than one Crse.  The Pl Cmdr was a WO, 2 i/c was a Sgt, just like when I went thru in 89.

IMO, there is some slippage in the trng being delivered.  PM me for details.
