Maybe, just maybe if you stopped stroking your monkey long enough to realize it, you have a shining example of leadership right in front of you. Every time you look in the mirror, observe yourself on a task, complete your mission or take an F**king leak you should be clarifying your role in the leadership strategy. If you‘re not then, and only then, should you advise someone that you don‘t know to "take the LDA training first". I don‘t mean that in a personal sense, only that you are very representative of a lot of the soldiers that I have been in recent contact with. I hope that you never have to experience the horrors of battle that I have in order to discover the little ‘truths‘ that are compiled on these pages.
