You might be hard pressed to find them, not many retailers sell them because of how expensive they are, and if they came from the military, it's probably stolen.

The Off The Shelf model is called The SpecterOS™ 3.4x. Might have better luck finding it under that name. It won't be the exact same as the C79, but it's close enough. They're still not cheap, $1200-$1500.
