when are you issued your kits?
and where do you get them? do you pick them up from TO, or Barrie, Meaford, or your local unit?

I got my ncd's from my unit and everything else is issued at Borden. You are issued your combats, your rucksack, webbing, weapon, etc at Borden and you are fitted for your black and whites, tunic etc there also.
