When does the next QL3 Marine Electrican Course start?

Just wondering if anyone had an idea as of when the next QL3 marine elecrican course starts?  My buddy is soon coming to Victoria to do his QL3 and he was just wondering if there was a course starting soon.  If anyone knows could you give me a post back, thanks a lot.

Usually around the end of his basic they're told when their QL3 will start...granted most of those dates are 'tentative'
