Hello, I have recently applied for HRA position, i would like to know the initial years of contract for this occupation. Also wanted to know more about the occupation from anybody who’s currently in the role.

Can we change the occupation once the interview and medical is complete?. Or is it better to wait for till April. Currently I choose Human Resources administration occupation(NCM), just for my file not to be closed. Usually is health service management an in demand occupation from past years?
