Anyone get the feeling they're laying the foundation to decrease the size of the Reg Force, increasing the PRes, and put that freed up money towards equipment? The Minister specifically mentioned the Reserve Force in his speech, which I found out of place.

I agree 100%. I use MM alot and I'm quite comfortable with it. The amount of data I can access has been extremely helpful in Ops at a Reserve Unit. But there is way too much crammed into the interface. The workspaces did go a long way to help, but to me it shows it probably should have been...
Yes as I understand it, DEW is producing the SEV baseline shelters and then there's a separate contract for kitting. I'm not sure who won that contract but it may have been DEW as well.
