I think the north Atlantic is going to play havoc with many of these drone system. I want to see how they maintain a persistent presence and respond to a SAR call.
Still it forced the opposition to commit forces and most of their resources to contest our presence, I suspect it was much harder on them than we will ever know. Their real advantage is neither gave a crap about the people or their own foot soldiers.
If TKMS wins, I see us getting 6 boats and a future government saying: "Good enough" and the timelines for those 6 will be long enough that people will have forgotten the intial ask and justification. Plus the people involved will have retired/moved on.
