I went through ROTP, so they knew I was coming through for awhile. I graduated in May, went on OJT for the summer, now on course. They've generally been trying to run two serials of the course per year, so you should be on it by next spring or fall. Good luck!

CrossFit is getting pushed big on the army side of things, but every CF gym I've been to (Greenwood, Alert, Leitrim, Kingston) at least have a squat rack and bars. Kingston's the only one with a set of rubber weights that I've seen. I've done cleans with iron weights before, never gone heavy on...
