IMHO. I think you would be dam lucky to get either, and if you happen to get nav (2nd choice) then deal with it
you can always try for pilot later on again.

It is that simple...think of it like buying a car. Not everyone requires all the bells and whistles so they order a 'personalized' version of the model that fits their requirements and lifestyle.

it is merely information for the employee and is probably already added into the contributions calculation.
