There are a plethora of NATO Corps HQs and a dearth of corps/theatre level support. If a nation were to add another HQ it would be no value, but if that HQ came with all the corps level enablers then it could be the only capable NATO warfighing corps outside the US.

Indeed. It can fix treatable problems before they lead to PCats, avoid troops preventably DAG'ing red at the last moment, and it can save lives.

Every funding source has the potential to induce bias in media, regardless of if that funding is government, commercial sponsors, wealthy owners, donations, or other. Is there a better model of media funding that you want to propose?

Some number of bases have stopped doing cyclical check-ups. If you are not deploying and do not have a specific ailment or injury, then they don't want to see you.
