Unfortunately server load has been rising above reasonable levels, and the server shuts down for a few mins to try to "cool down." It's been happening a fair bit. I'm looking into the cause, but there's no easy response to "lots of traffic." :) The toss-up is to let the server keep running and...

Yeah despite the many hours I have spent fiddling with colour palettes, it's still pretty eye-gouging at times... I usually only make things worse lol Here's a small sample from the various site palettes:

Down at the bottom you can override the display theme: Click Default Style, or in your case, it probably says Navy.ca.

Good evening folks, I did a server upgrade over the weekend and only now discovered that email has not been flowing since the change (Friday night). All is fixed, and the backlog is moving with no lost messages. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hahah all good, it's tough sometimes when you have discussion threads with legitimate dates older than some members! :) I did actually conduct a minor upgrade over the weekend, so issues are always possible!

In the logs I see periods of high system usage, that seem to be in the overnight hours. I haven't been able to determine a cause yet.

You may have noticed the site was offline for a bit today. Unfortunately out of my hands, with a global Cloudflare outage, but I did take the opportunity to perform a server upgrade as it wasn't going to have any impact. :) Please let me know if you encounter any issues! Cheers Mike

Follow-up, some issues have been found and fixed, knock on wood we are entering a period of better stability.

Yeah, I've been keenly aware of the stability issues, which motivated me to push this upgrade forward. Hopefully it helps. If nothing else, I should be able to get a better insight into the source!
